Orchestrate complex Life Sciences workflows including translation, QA, DTP, multimedia, and
Engage directly with customers to clarify project requirements, ensure assets are received, and
Coordinate with engineering and linguistic teams to resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Own internal and external communication within pre-defined SLAs.
Identify risks, plan mitigations, and escalate to the Program Leader as needed.
Define and delegate admin work to PCs and manage budgets effectively.

🎯 Requirements

2-5+ years of professional experience managing large-scale production for Life Sciences customers.
Proven customer-facing experience and strong internal communication skills.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and deadline-driven abilities.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
