🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in Architecture, with multifamily project leadership.
Experience on multifamily projects (garden-style, mid-rise, wrap, podium preferred).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
AutoCAD and Revit skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
Thorough knowledge of building codes.
