Oversee and support multiple client projects from intake through launch.
Coordinate with Designers, Motion Designers, Strategists, Producers and Creative Leads.
Manage resourcing and stakeholders to keep projects on time and within scope.
Develop PM artifacts (schedules, cost estimates, SOW, status reports, risk/issue reports).
Improve PM processes; pilot new tools and rollout to Creative Services.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of project management in an agency setting.
Excellent knowledge of PM fundamentals; strong understanding of Agile.
Proficient with Google Suite and Asana; familiarity with Frame.io and Harvest Forecast a plus.
Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate at all levels, including executive/C-level.
Strong prioritization and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
