Project Manager, New Product Introduction (NPI)

📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of NPI projects from strategy to execution
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder mgmt, and cross-functional teams
• Oversee front end planning, due diligence, and tech feasibility for new products
• Coordinate governance boards and site program strategy with senior management
• Build SMEs and manage matrix of site operations for NPI projects

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in science, engineering, business, or related field; 5+ years pharma experience
• 3+ years in technical transfer and new product launches within pharma manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of drug development, pharma manufacturing, quality and supply chain systems
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large programs
• Proficient in project management, budgeting, cost accounting, and team leadership
