Project Manager (Niobium / Alluvial Operations / Coltan)

📋 Description

• Lead field-based alluvial mining ops for niobium/tantalum concentrates.
• Oversee extraction in river-based environments with safe field ops.
• Manage mineral processing: gravity, magnetic, electrostatic separation.
• Direct water management to ensure continuity and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate mining, processing, maintenance, security, and HSE teams.
• Operate in remote locations with limited logistics and supply.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years mining ops experience with alluvial/river extraction.
• Experience with heavy mineral sands, coltan, niobium, tantalum, or similar processing environments.
• Hands-on gravity, magnetic, and electrostatic separation knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead in remote, infrastructure-limited settings.
• Experience with large-scale water systems and eco-friendly site practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
