Project Manager, Oncology - Sponsor Dedicated

📋 Description

• Lead interdisciplinary oncology clinical research projects from study launch through closeout.
• Serve as primary liaison between organization and sponsor to meet contractual commitments
• Lead project teams and coordinate study partners to ensure delivery within timelines and budget.
• Monitor financial performance, identify issues, and implement corrective/risk-mitigation actions.
• Ensure activities comply with GCP, SOPs, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain TMF documentation and study information across databases/systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Experience in a CRO and oncology or other therapeutic areas preferred.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulations.
• Proven experience managing clinical research projects, including timelines, budgets, deliverables
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
