📋 Description

• Manage project plans, milestones and dependencies for Pharmacy Services.
• Drive governance, executive reporting and risk tracking across the portfolio.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with dispense ops, contracting, logistics, and vendors.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, regulated environment to deliver priorities.
• Support a senior leadership team across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Provide clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM, Operations, Healthcare Admin, IT, or related field.
• 3–7+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs.
• Experience with project governance, RAID, dashboards, and status reporting.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
