Defect management; consolidate defects in JIRA, triage, prioritize, assign, monitor metrics.
Risks and alerts; maintain risk register and action plans, monitor execution.

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience in operational delivery of IT programs or PMO, ERP domain preferred (Oracle
Strong understanding of ERP testing cycles (SIT, UAT, cutover) and testing coordination across
Hands-on experience building and managing capacity/workload plans.
Proven ability to define KPIs, build reports, and prepare governance decks.
Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge desirable.
Strong risk management, analytical and autonomous working style.
