Project Manager/ Project Management Officer (Banking)

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple programme deliveries ensuring CDS and governance alignment.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and intervene as needed.
• Review artefacts: business cases, project plans, RAID logs, governance papers, closure reports.
• Support phase-gate reviews and audits.
• Manage PMO dashboards, scorecards and KPIs across programmes.
• Consolidate reporting for Steering Committees and execs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in programme/project management or PMO roles within banking/FS.
• Experience managing multiple programme deliveries concurrently.
• Proficiency in PM tools such as Clarity, Azure DevOps, JIRA.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with senior leaders.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
