Project Manager - Provider Based Clinics

📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects and special initiatives supporting provider-based operations
• Serve as a central point of contact across ambulatory operations, clinical leadership, information
• Manage project communications, deliverables, deadlines, department initiatives, stakeholder
• Develop reports, presentations, project updates, and other materials communicating findings
• Ensure projects stay aligned with timelines, targets, scope, and operating parameters; negotiate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Finance, or related field
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives, stakeholders, priorities, and
• Understanding of ambulatory operations, revenue cycle functions, and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of Medicare provider-based and rural health clinic regulations is highly valuable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to develop professional reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to leadership and diverse
