📋 Description

• Oversee recurring maintenance and minor repair programs for U.S. government facilities.
• Plan, bid, execute, bill, closeout, and communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the
• Coordinate internal teams, government stakeholders, subcontractors, and field personnel to stay on
• Lead safety, quality reviews, and team leadership; ensure compliance with contract obligations and
• Maintain project schedules, resources, and communications; monitor risks and seek improvements.
• Develop client relationships and support opportunities for repeat business.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience, or a relevant certification; DoD or civilian fuels
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience; DoD/civilian fuels environment
• Experience with government contracts, quality oversight, financial accountability, and
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management platforms (QuickBase, eMaint
• PMP certification preferred; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• English proficient; authorized to work in the United States.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary: $95,000–$105,000, final based on experience/location.
