📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex clinical programs in oncology/Rare disease.
• Manage international trials to meet timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for progress and updates.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and study docs.
• Organize meetings across all study phases; allocate tasks and guide team members.
• Represent organization in external meetings with sponsors and experts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading international clinical trials in CRO environments.
• Strong oncology/rare disease knowledge and experience with external vendors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities.
• Analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience.
