Guide Agile/Scrum planning and backlog management.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years PM experience in tech; blockchain/trading a plus.
Lead end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams.
Technical background in OO analysis, design, and software dev.
Maintain BRDs, PRDs, and technical design docs.
Business acumen to align deliverables with business objectives.
English and Mandarin communication; stakeholder engagement.
