Provide objective view of timeliness and quality of TTA, pilots, products and deliverables
Monitor data quality and track program performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

At least five years in program monitoring, performance measurement, evaluation, data analysis
Experience with qualitative and quantitative data, surveys or feedback instruments; data-quality
Strong ability to define measures, design data-collection tools, validate data, and produce
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, R, Stata, SPSS, SAS, Qualtrics
Strong written and oral communication; ability to explain findings to nontechnical audiences
Bachelor’s degree in evaluation, statistics, economics, public policy, social science, public
