Project Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage the delivery of client implementation projects, ensure clients are prepared to successfully roll out Adyen’s solution
• Coordinate project activities across a varying portfolio of projects, with guidance from more senior Project Operations Managers
• Work closely with clients’ project and technical teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support a smooth rollout
• Design project planning, scheduling, documentation, and status tracking to keep projects on track
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to internal teams and clients in a clear and timely manner
• Develop a working knowledge of Adyen’s products and solutions to provide effective client consultation

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of Project Management or Payments experience
• Experience in client facing, operational, or technical environment
• Comfortable leading conversations with guidance from senior team members
• Organized and detail oriented; tracks tasks, timelines, dependencies
• A clear communicator; provides status updates and raises risks
• Curious and motivated to learn in fast-paced fintech or technology
