📋 Description

• Lead small healthcare IT projects with cross‑functional teams
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables
• Resolve customer issues and maintain project plans/docs
• Deliver results within time and budget constraints
• Communicate milestones to stakeholders
• Support senior team members and product/service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years in customer-facing planning/delivery roles
• CAPM certification within 18 months
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership
• Builds relationships with clients at operations level
• Collaborative with internal/external stakeholders
