🎯 Requirements

• Experience in merchandising, field sales, or related role preferred.
• Understanding of retail environments and in-store execution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with store personnel and customers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented with targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage store visit schedules.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
