Property Inspector

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of homes before and after guest stays
• Restock consumables and inventory supplies
• Leave hospitality touches for arriving guests
• Handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with the Maintenance team
• Support turnovers with bedmaking, resetting decor, tidying
• Respond quickly to urgent in-stay issues

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hospitality, property care, vacation rentals, or related field
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable
• Ability to follow checklists and brand standards consistently
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and walking/standing all day
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Comfort using mobile apps and task tracking tools
