Property Management Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own client/tenant communications and relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day property portfolio operations.
• Manage portfolio size from ~70 to 350 units by performance.
• Handle written comms; some outbound calls.
• Scale portfolio from ~100 units toward 150–200+ as performance grows.
• Coordinate workflows and supervise Virtual Assistants.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in property management roles (leasing agent/pm assistant/pm).
• Ability to oversee operations, workflows, and team performance.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Experience supervising remote team members/virtual assistants.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in complex situations.
• Adaptable, self-directed, proactive learner with good organization.
