• On-site facilitator for guest experience in the Boston market, ensuring building systems and units
• Inspect in-unit supplies, public spaces, and technology for cleanliness, safety, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Kasa teams to drive property improvements aligned with brand standards.
• Fix routine maintenance tasks: replace furnishings/hardware, repair drywall, paint, and similar
