Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end enterprise RFx responses and proposals with value focus.
• Partner with Account Executives, Systems Engineers, and cross-functional teams to shape proposals.
• Develop executive summaries, value propositions, and customer narratives showing business impact.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business and operational impact statements.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, differentiated, and aligned with governance standards.
• Work from the Bangalore office as the primary onsite location.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in proposal management, presales, or related roles in tech or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale RFx responses and craft compelling narratives.
• Communicate solution value beyond features to business stakeholders.
• Convert technical and commercial inputs into clear, high-impact narratives.
• Strong writing and structuring for concise, executive-friendly content.
• Leadership mindset with ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
