Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end proposal process for low- to medium-complexity opportunities (text, budgets
• Review RFI/RFP docs, identify gaps, coordinate inputs from stakeholders.
• Set timelines, coordinate deliverables, monitor progress, ensure timely submissions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Operations, Finance, and SMEs to create competitive
• Support opportunities spanning multiple units and coordinate across global teams/time zones.
• Organize strategic meetings and client discussions as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in proposal development or related fields within CRO/life sciences.
• Strong ability to prepare/edit complex documents, budgets, and client responses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with proposal management/automation tools (Salesforce, Qvidian or similar).
• Excellent written/verbal communication; strong planning and organizational skills.
