📋 Description

  • Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including qualification, solicitation analysis, kickoff
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, Sources Sought, amendments, Q&As, and other federal procurement docs
  • Develop schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, storyboards, and trackers; manage deadlines and
  • Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate across executive leadership, BD, Operations, Finance
  • Coordinate volumes across technical, management, staffing, past performance, transition, quality
  • Facilitate reviews (Pink/Red/Gold) and ensure final compliance and quality-control checks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Admin, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposal management, federal contracting, BD, marketing, or
  • Strong understanding of federal processes, FAR, and evaluation criteria
  • Experience translating solicitations into actionable proposal plans and compliance matrices
  • Experience with Alaska Native Corporations, Tribal orgs, SBA 8(a) preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills; strong project management
