📋 Description

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and business opportunities to understand requirements and submission
• Develop and maintain high-quality client-facing proposals, bid responses, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to translate inputs into structured proposal
• Ensure proposals align with customer requirements, formats, messaging, and compliance criteria.
• Review pricing tables and cost estimates for accuracy before submission.
• Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate content development while maintaining accuracy and tone.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in IT proposal writing, proposal analysis, or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to present complex info clearly.
• Strong attention to detail in pricing, calculations, and compliance.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into customer-focused business language.
• Experience with enterprise software/ERP or large-scale tech implementations is preferred.
• Familiarity with proposal lifecycles, compliance matrices, and structured frameworks.
