Propulsion Technician (Raptor Manufacturing Systems)

📋 Description

• Build, develop and commission in-house additive manufacturing printers and subsystems.
• Collaborate with design/build engineers, automation/controls engineers, and toolmakers.
• Fabricate and assemble 3D printers, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Adapt to a mix of production tasks and process development.
• Hands-on problem solving to advance manufacturing technology at SpaceX.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years in manufacturing or production environments
• 3+ years in manufacturing with focus on scaling operations or complex workflows
• Strong manual dexterity for sanding, cutting, assembly, precision finishing
• Experience reading mechanical drawings and tolerances (GD&T) and schematics
• Experience with electrical components and systems; able to lift and rig heavy parts
