Direct engine/hover test campaigns; provide technical program leadership.
Collaborate with propulsion, flight test, autonomy, instrumentation, safety teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8+ years in propulsion testing for jet engines, VTOL, UAVs, or flight tests.
Expertise in engine tests, hover/transition events, propulsion-airframe testing.
Strong knowledge of engine controls, FADEC, thrust measurement, thermal analysis, vibration.
Experience with high-energy test procedures, hazard analyses, readiness docs.
Excellent communication; able to travel for field tests.
