Prototyping Engineer

📋 Description

• Build, assemble and maintain prototype hardware for end effectors
• Run prototyping shop and test rigs for hardware validation
• Turn CAD files and BOMs into working units quickly
• Support hardware testing and trials with hands-on troubleshooting
• Deliver prototype builds within tight iteration cycles
• Maintain organized prototyping shop and parts inventory

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years hands-on hardware prototyping experience
• Mechanical/mechatronic background or technician training
• 3D printing, basic machining, soldering, cabling
• MCU prototypes: ESP32, Raspberry Pi, breadboarding
• CAD/Drawing literacy; BOM understanding
• Experience building test rigs and hardware trials
