PS Consultant

📋 Description

• Lead and support technical implementation activities for customer and partner engagements
• Provide technical consultation throughout project delivery, including configuration, tasks
• Collaborate with PMs, Service Delivery, QA, customers and partners to keep projects on track.
• Support post-go-live operations, production troubleshooting, and environment management.
• Assess complex implementations, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Provide remote or onsite support for customer escalations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in technical consulting or cloud implementation.
• Hands-on Genesys Cloud implementation/administration experience.
• Experience delivering customer-facing technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP, REST, JSON, cloud tech, networking, IP telephony, and enterprise infra.
• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud Edge, AudioCodes, Cisco gateways, IP phones, DHCP/DNS, Windows
