PS, Solution Architect ( Armis/Veza)

📋 Description

• OT technical authority within Customer Success for Armis Centrix in industrial environments
• Partner with TCSMs, Product Management, Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customer Support, partners
• Act as the technical escalation point for situations where standard methodologies are insufficient
• Lead investigations into technically challenging issues across architecture, visibility
• Design and optimize OT solutions to improve visibility, scalability, and business value
• Enable customer success with OT expertise and guide adoption across OT ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Operational Technology (OT), ICS, or Critical Infrastructure environments
• Expertise with OT asset visibility platforms (Armis, Claroty, Nozomi, or equivalent)
• Proven track record designing and optimizing enterprise/industrial OT architectures
• Strong knowledge of industrial networking, passive monitoring, OT protocols, and asset discovery
• Deep knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, and manufacturing/utilities environments
• Problem-solving and execution skills with ability to troubleshoot complex challenges
