📋 Description

• Oversee phlebotomy operations at the patient service center (PSC) location.
• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens.
• Verify test requisitions and patient identification; resolve discrepancies with leadership.
• Maintain specimen integrity and quality control; document results and KPIs biweekly.
• Ensure HIPAA/PHI privacy training and compliance with policies.
• Manage phlebotomy equipment and vendor coordination; may supervise other phlebotomists.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years high-level customer care; supervisory experience preferred; BS/BA preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; related state regulatory requirements may apply.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
