📋 Description

• Verify test requisitions, compare with orders; flag discrepancies.
• Verify patient identity before sample collection.
• Obtain blood specimens via venipuncture or finger sticks.
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques.
• Track specimens; log collection times and counts in system.
• Support phlebotomy program; ensure quality results and KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years in high-level customer care; supervising phlebotomy ops preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy cert preferred where required by state.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; bilingual skills preferred.
