📋 Description

• Lead direct reports and teams in client environments
• Meet with direct reports, department, and client managers
• Apply high quality standards in all areas
• Manage financial responsibilities per department director
• Promote company vision and maximize productivity
• Lead teams, train staff, and coordinate resources for client goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on related experience
• Leadership experience
• Strong client service, teamwork and communication
• Independent and team work ability, self-motivation
• Authorization to work in US without sponsorship
