PSS Regional Manager - Northwest

📋 Description

• Manage business operations for multiple scientific teams in Pacific NW (Washington and Colorado)
• Lead direct reports, group leaders and their teams, serving clients in labs/manufacturing settings
• Collaborate with clients to meet resourcing and technical needs
• Regular meetings with direct reports, department and client management
• Disseminate administrative communications and policies
• Proactively plan to maximize productivity and value for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience leading direct reports
• Lab experience in pharma/clinical/GMP settings
• Willingness to travel locally in Seattle area; up to 5% other travel
• Strong client service, relationship management, teamwork
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
