📋 Description

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnoses; tailor treatment by developmental stage.
• Use evidence-based therapy and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD.
• Foster collaborative care and educate families; involve them in planning and home support.
• Provide virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain regular communication with members and families.
• Participate in team meetings and care planning; provide consultative support.
• Maintain timely documentation and use data analytics to improve care quality.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and ongoing professional development; provide ethical patient care.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state.
• Experience with telehealth/teletherapy in a virtual environment (video) preferred but not required.
• Familiar with computer and live video tools (Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype, etc.).
• Experience engaging families and working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and accredited practice for safety and quality.
