📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Apply evidence-based treatment and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Provide family-centered care with education and home guidance.
• Deliver virtual psychiatric sessions and maintain regular communication with members and families.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborative care planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use data analytics to improve care quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist with active license in at least one state.
• Experience providing telehealth in a virtual environment (video/teletherapy) preferred but not required.
• Computer and live video tools literacy (Zoom, Google Meet, DoxyMe, Skype).
• Demonstrated family engagement skills with children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Familiarity with JCAHO guidelines and accredited framework compliance.
