Perform risk assessments, psychiatric evaluations, and longitudinal treatment
Create patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and manage meds
Provide evidence-based care per guidelines (e.g., measurement-based care)

🎯 Requirements

Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry
Unrestricted state license in Virginia; other states a plus
Active DEA license preferred
Must have office space to see clients
Able to treat wide range of diagnoses and complexities; in-person options preferred
Full-time resident of the United States
