PT Foster Care Coordinator

📋 Description

• Monitors and evaluates services provided by Foster Parents
• Coordinates FC services and assists families and youth in care
• Trains and supervises direct support staff
• Ensures family-centered support and interventions
• Subject to criminal and abuse background checks; may require drug screening

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field with two years relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree in a human service field with one year relevant experience
• Two years of experience with at-risk youth or youth in foster care (required)
• Valid NC driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Excellent knowledge of Family Foster and Foster Care licensing process
• Experience developing Person Centered Service Plans
