• Partner with policymakers to benefit rideshare drivers and riders
• Lead policy strategy in the Mid-South & Southwest U.S.
• Represent Lyft with elected officials, staff, and community stakeholders
• Track state, county, and municipal legislation
• Align policy priorities with senior management
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Marketplace teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of political/government relations experience
• Direct lobbying government officials on complex issues
• Natural connector and relationship builder
• Exceptional strategic and problem-solving skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with experience leading and winning on complex policy issues
