📋 Description

• Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies across Canada on AI governance, privacy
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, industry associations, and civil
• Monitor, analyze, and advise on emerging regulations impacting the company.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events to advance public policy goals.
• Support internal policy development with Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership on regional policy trends and business implications.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in public and private sector policy roles with focus on AI/tech.
• Strong knowledge of AI policy landscape: governance, safety, copyright, privacy, data protection
• Proven success designing and influencing policy outcomes and coalitions.
• Public policy experience across Canada.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including briefing government officials.
• Fluency in English and French.
