Represent ElevenLabs with policymakers and stakeholders.
Monitor/regulate AI policy developments affecting the company.
Shape frameworks promoting innovation and responsible AI use.
Promote government adoption of ElevenLabs products/services.
Define and implement policy campaigns and impact initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in public/private sector policy roles with AI/tech focus.
Strong knowledge of AI policy landscape in the region.
Experience designing and influencing policy outcomes; coalition building.
Public policy experience across Colombia.
Exceptional written/verbal communication; briefing policymakers.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
