📋 Description

• Lead ElevenLabs engagement with government bodies across France on AI governance, privacy, data
• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, regulators, and civil society groups.
• Monitor and advise on emerging regulations affecting the company.
• Represent ElevenLabs at conferences and industry events.
• Support internal policy development with Legal, Safety, Security, and other teams.
• Provide strategic counsel on regional policy trends to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in public/private sector policy roles with focus on AI/tech.
• Strong knowledge of AI policy landscape (governance, safety, privacy, data rights).
• Proven track record designing and influencing policy outcomes; coalition building.
• Public policy experience across France.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with government officials.
• Fluency in English and French.
