Publishing House Manager

📋 Description

• Co-develop vision, strategy, and business model for KI's publishing house
• Lead the launch and growth of a new publishing initiative
• Identify and evaluate publishing opportunities (books, magazines, translations)
• Collaborate with editorial, commercial, marketing, fundraising, and product teams
• Provide strategic leadership for all publishing operations
• Oversee manuscript acquisition, editorial planning, and content curation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in book publishing or media
• Start-up experience in publishing or related fields is a plus
• Proven track record in editorial decision-making and title acquisition
• Demonstrated leadership with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in Ukrainian and advanced English
