• Build and nurture Voodoo’s presence in Türkiye via strong local gaming relationships
• Build and manage a portfolio of studios via outreach, events, partnerships
• Guide studios on product strategy and creative direction to marketable prototypes
• Lead launches as product director with product vision, roadmap, and execution
• Own the full P&L of your games with focus on growth and profitability
• Drive market and competitive analysis to identify trends and future builds

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
• 3+ years in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g., consulting, banking, tech)
• Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills
• Passionate about gaming and consumer products
• Comfortable owning complex projects and working autonomously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
