📋 Description

Provide support to project team activities for the client and company
Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support
Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases

🎯 Requirements

Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or related field
3-4 years in pharmacovigilance, at least 1 year in line manager role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organization, attention to detail, multitasking
Delegation skills
English fluent (spoken, written)
