Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
Manage ICSR deviations with support from ICSR Operational Lead
Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
Support PV Network Department and act as LCPPV for the country and PRLS for language as agreed

🎯 Requirements

Life science, pharmacy, nursing or healthcare qualification/experience in pharmacovigilance
3-4 years in pharmacovigilance with at least 1 year in a line manager role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking
Delegation, planning and time management skills
Technical skills and team working
