Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, optimize procedures and trainings
Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support
Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
ICSR processing and second QC of cases

🎯 Requirements

Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or related qualification in pharmacovigilance
3-4 years in pharmacovigilance; at least 1 year in line manager role
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking
Delegation, planning and time management
Technical skills; team working; fluent English
