Take ownership of backend features from development to deployment and support
Develop backend APIs and services using Python and Django
Work on message-driven systems (Kafka)
Write clean, reliable, well-tested code (unit and integration tests)
Collaborate with team to design scalable solutions and meet delivery deadlines
Participate in code reviews and deployment/maintenance of containerized services

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of professional Python backend development experience
Django and asynchronous Python (asyncio)
Production experience with Kafka or similar
Docker containerization
Cloud platforms (AWS or others)
PostgreSQL or relational databases
