📋 Description

• Embed with client teams in their environments and collaborate with workflows users.
• Conduct discovery with end users to identify processes and requirements.
• Develop production-grade Python for AI integrations, backends, and REST APIs (Flask, Django REST
• Design and deploy production RAG systems and agentic AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Own architecture decisions across engagements; compare microservices vs monoliths, sync vs
• Lead technical direction from discovery to production support and manage client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of production software engineering, with hands-on experience.
• Proven experience designing/operating RAG systems and LLM-based workflows.
• Strong Python development, OOP, design patterns, clean architecture, performance optimization.
• Backend frameworks: Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR) or comparable cloud tech; GCP
• Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock).
