• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering judgment
• Assess quality of explanations and reasoning
• Distinguish response levels and provide clear feedback
• Help define what great looks like with AI-first tools
• Role focuses on engineering taste, not syntax

🎯 Requirements

• Senior/Staff level engineer with strong background
• Experience with Python and modern AI-assisted workflows
• Hands-on use of OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Ability to evaluate code without full execution
• Direct, opinionated feedback and high engineering standards
• Experience with AI-first IDEs or prompt design is a plus
