QA Automation Engineer

📋 Description

• Build scalable automation frameworks (Playwright/Selenium/Cypress)
• Embed quality into CI/CD pipelines
• Test REST/GraphQL APIs and backend systems
• Improve test coverage and reduce flaky tests
• Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Business
• Mentor teammates and lead by example

🎯 Requirements

• Deep automation experience (7-12 years)
• Strong production-quality coding: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#
• Framework design expertise for modular automation
• CI/CD ownership with Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Backend/API testing across REST/GraphQL
• Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Bonus: perf tests (JMeter/k6) and AI tools (Codex/Copilot)
